What you crave and why#

I was browsing the internet the other day and stumbled upon a website with a list of food cravings, what you're really craving and where to get it. There are a couple root causes I don't totally agree with like tobacco, but who am I to judge. Here are a couple I think are pretty interesting:

 

If You Crave This... What You Really Need Is... And Here Are the Healthy Foods That Have It
Chocolate Magnesium Raw nuts and seeds, legumes amd fruits
Bread, toast Nitrogen High protein foods: fish, meats, nuts and beans

Check it out and maybe you'll find out why you're always craving burned food.
